By default, the schema markup will load in the page header but if you want to load it in the footer you can enable this option “Add Schema Markup in Footer. Please follow the below steps to achieve it.
You will find this option in the WordPress dashboard -> Structured Data -> Settings -> Advanced -> Check Add Schema Markup in the footer option like in the below screenshot.
