Usage Data Tracking

Thanks for using Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP plugin. We give you the power to make a difference and help us improve our plugin. This page explains about our usage data tracking, what information we collect, and why.

Information We Collect

This is the information that is sent to us:

  • Server software & version
  • PHP settings & version
  • WordPress version
  • Site URL and Language
  • WordPress settings ( multisite, language, theme, plugins)
  • Schema & Structured Data plugin options
  • Schema & Structured Data current version

Why We Collect

As you have probably already noticed, we keep making Schema & Structured Data better, adding new features and improving and building upon the current features. To do that, we try to learn from our users what works, what doesn’t, what can be optimized and what needs to be tossed aside. To understand this information, we analyze the feedback we receive from your emails, GitHub issues, support tickets, and other places.

In the latest versions of Schema & Structured Data plugin, we have added a feature that collects usage data of Schema & Structured Data and the WordPress environment. No sensitive information is ever collected or used. We never store any other personal or business data of any kind.

You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to Structured Data –> Settings -> Advanced -> In this “Data Tracking” option click on the “Allow” button to track data if you don’ want to Data Tracking then click on the “Disallow” button and then click on the “Save Settings” button.

That’s it for this tutorial!

We hope it helped you. If you have any feedback or questions or do you want us to create compatibility for any other schema type which isn’t listed in our plugin then you can request us we will surely implement it as soon as possible.

Just contact us here and we are always available for you.
