By following this you can give or hide schema plugin access to other users
You will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to Structured Data –> Settings -> Advanced -> Select Role based Access option

Role Based Access: This will allow only the Administrator role and if you want to give access to other users then you can simply select that the user and access will be added to that user.
